Sort my FB pages out and connect to Buffer

I have multiple Facebook ‘Pages’. Some are on the old format and some are on the new. Some are linked to different business accounts and some don’t seem to be. I’m not quite sure what’s happened but I need them all sorting out and need someone to teach me how to do it. At the end, I need to be able to link them to my Buffer account.

I’d like to do this using team viewer and or loom. The key here is to teach me how, not just do it.
