Set up 2 FB campaigns

I have all the FB creatives uploaded into my FB Business Account and have run successful campaign in the past. I have an online bookstore www.mcroser and a landing page for FB adverts.
I also have the wording to go with each video.
I want to run FB ads via FB live feed (no Instagram or FB Market Place ect placements).
I have particulars on Avatar like age, gender, interest ect as well as a Lookalike audiences from my Wix book site.
I would like to spend 3 hours with one of your techs on two occasions for 1 1/2 hours over two consecutive days. They would share my screen through Blue Jeans or whatever app you favor.
You would lead in putting together 2 Hello Summer Sale FB campaigns. One campaign would have a Carousel with 7 videos (each under 1 or 2 minutes that tell an arch story. The campaign would be run via a total budget on certain days of the week that they run – not Mondays but twice the spend on Tuesday.
The tech would create a Lookalike audience from my online bookstore and add a couple of interests and demographics from the FB Interests with a targeted audience of roughly 1 -2 million.
I would only want the customers to see a particular ad 3 times. The Carousel campaign budget would be about 3k.
The second campaign spend would be $75 a day. This campaign would have an A / B setup that advertising my books also to a Lookalike audience --- where an audience of around 1.5 to 3 million would see a video and read the wording a book that would take them to My Wix site landing page. There they would see my other videos and related book. I would only want them to see a particular set three times each (9 total days....).
I will have the videos uploaded into the FB account along with wording to paste ect before the we go online.
I would watch to see that my specs are adhered to and that my criteria is implemented as best as FB allows of what I am looking for in the Ad Sets and Ads.
I would have bought the pay package that you offer at $125 but I wanted to let you know the scope of the work before I locked in to see if this is something you can do.
The consecutive days would be the week of June 16 if that works for you or before then as my target launch date is June 20 the official start of the American summer.
