Month long Facebook Ads creation and management to drive conversions to website

We are creating an online hypnotherapy self help program, and are currently largely using social media as our marketing. We are wanting someone to help us with the boosted ads on facebook, to try and drive people to our website, and subscribing to our program. We would like to start with a month of management, and if all going well there is room to extend. Our budget is fairly tight, with approximately £100-£150 per month to spend on the ads themselves, and about the same for the person managing them! Our target audience for now is 18-40, professionals in the UK.
