I would like my facebook business page, instagram and youtube channel synchronised

I would like my business platforms synchronized, so they work together. My Facebook business page has an advert running, however its not effective, so would also like someone to search popular keywords relative to my campaign, and update accordingly.
I am a personal trainer. So they vision is to run ad campaigns that pay for themselves. I also wish to create videos on my youtube channel to gain an audience so that I can start to monetise clicks.

I have a lot that needs doing, but most importantly the three pages working in sync, and to get a better click rate and call to action.
