I need facebook ads review and or campaign for Kitesurfing Products and classes new

At BEKS -bekskitesurfing.co.uk we sell kitesurfing tuition to the surrounding areas of Brighton and the South East including London so Brighton plus 50 miles. We do have a small online shop that sells boards and kites - this would be to the uk. I have tried adwords in the past and found that it cost me as much as it made me so now looking to use facebook ads to get a better response for less money.

I have a few ads set up but not sure whether they are set in the most effective way so I need them refined or even better a bit of tuition on the best way to set it up and maintain it as the business is not able to sustain a maintained campaign.
