HELP WITH FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM SETTINGS

I need 30 mins on a call/Zoom screenshare with someone NOW who knows their way round the back end of Facebook and Instagram admin and settings to see if I have got my accounts set properly and to help me understand why I can't boost an Instragm post

I get the error saying NO PERMISSION - You can't create an ad becasue the Facebook User isn't an admin

I understand what this means but not how to fix it.
