I have a mystery that I need help with. I have been working for the past month on a video to highlight our annual conference. The video is done, it is hosted at Vimeo, there is a page at our website created, and there are share buttons in place. You can see all of this for yourself at
http://www.PresentationSummit.com/the-movie
Here's the problem:
When I test the Facebook share (easily done by sharing it with only myself), the accompanying thumbnail for the video is my headshot, the one that I designated as a sort of universal avatar. It is not the thumbnail that Vimeo ascribes or one that I have tried to assign to it, using OG tags and a host of other things I barely understand.
No matter what I try, the thumbnail persists as my head shot. What I would like instead as its thumbnail is the attached image.
How can I make this happen? I suspect that this is a simple job for the person who understand the problem, but that person will become my hero.
