German speaking social media expert

Good day,
We are looking for a social media expert who can run our social media. We mainly recruit people from overseas and we want to find them through social media. We mainly recruit German speaking candidates who wish to leave in Cape Town. Therefore we looking for someone who speaks german and can do a campaign for us targeting German speaking call centre agents or people who wishes to work overseas.
