FB ads expert with messenger ads experience

We are looking to hire a Facebook ads expert to assist us with promoting messenger marketing campaigns.

By messenger marketing campaigns, I mean click to messenger ads to build the FB messenger list (through ManyChat) and then to run other campaigns to these subscribers.

The types of campaigns and business the ads are created for will vary, but objectives will include
lead generation
gaining new messenger subscribers
promoting contests/giveaways/flash sales/new product launches
to new and existing page fans, messenger subscribers, as well as new audiences

Currently, we mostly work with ecommerce clients.

Please provide details of previous experience/results plus the scope of services provided - e.g. do you just run the ads, or do you provide ad copy, design etc as well?

Experience and understanding of FB messenger marketing is essential.

As we are an agency ourselves, our goal is to bring on the necessary expertise to expand our current service offering to existing eCommerce clients, therefore we are looking for an individual to join our team, not to hire another agency.
