    Can't be done unless you are a Public Figure and have tons of likes and followers. A blue badge on your picture could be possible though, but not the verification one. Let me know if you are interested.

    There are pages that have 1000 likes and they got the verification badge. So I guess the like count is not a requirement.
    Regarding the picture - are you seriously asking me if I need the profile picture with blue badge ?

    can i guess your location . Verifications needs likes , locations and many others things.

    I mentioned above, there are pages that have 1000 or less likes and they got verified. Likes are not the requirement.
    Locations is verified on Google Maps (Business)
    The number of likes is 50! - If it is relevant
