Facebook page review

I have two Facebook pages I need reviewing. I need to know:

1. What we have done that has worked well in the past 3 months and what would make a good post.
1b. Google analytics is key for us to see what actually converted into an order or booking or a click on our website from the FB pposts

2.what target audiences work well with what posts ?.

3.How we can expand to bigger markets without paying for it

3.how can we improve the quality of our posting .. are we spamming look at the dislikes

4.is there smart things we can do to improve our FB sites

5.What aren’t we doing that we should be …more personal ?

6.New target audiences we havent thought of ?

7.Design vs text what are the smart rules better text or more is less
