Facebook Organic Groups Growth Manager

Hi, we are looking for an individual who is great with facebook and instagram and has clear successful methods and ideas for promoting businesses on social media.
Our idea is for you to promote our business by searching out niche specific groups that would be relevant to our business, joining those groups and then engaging / posting on them with our content. We will also be looking for you to build our own fb group.
We are interested in finding someone who is proactive, makes suggestions like perhaps creating a competition or similar and or other ideas that increase interest and reach.
We will be very happy to look at commission bonuses based on the success of the work you carry out for us as simply the more orders we generate through your hard work the more we are happy to reward the chosen freelancer.
