Facebook Marketing Campaign

I have a product that I am struggling to get traction with on Facebook. Here is what I have:

1. A great product with a tripwire and up sell product.
2. Several different squeeze pages that can be used.
3. All setup with a sales funnel and email auto responder series with aweber.
4. 25 youtube videos, plus.
5. Product listed on clickbank and JV Zoo.

I have tried several ad campaigns but the clicks did not optin, so I am looking for someone to setup the right scent with the ads and the ad copy as it pertains to the squeeze page, and optimize the clicks and CPC.

I would give administrative access to my facebook page and send you whatever you need in the way of links. I just need to know the cost of something like this.
