Facebook/Instagram marketing campaign to get leads - LONDON

We need someone who can help us build a strong social media campaign (Facebook, and perhaps Instagram too?) to deliver us leads for our personal training business (myurbantrainer.co.uk)

The budget is modest and initially we'd like to have some sort of trial service, to see if it works for us.

The goal of the campaign is to get leads - potential personal training clients that would be interested in our offer (personal training for just £19.99 per session)

We would be advising on the London areas that we need to target, as this is important.
