Facebook campaign

I will be starting a 6 week facebook campaign for my business. I will be running it, though I need advice and step by step guide. It is a bespoke campaign and all i require is someone to hold my hand whilst doing it. They must understand exactly what I want to achieve. I will require freelancer to screenshare on skype etc...

I don't want a business to propose up selling of anything. I require one person (with good english) to assist me with my campaign.
