Facebook business Portfolio

I created an app in the Facebook developer account to use Instagram API that I sent for review and was approved. To use Instagram's advanced features, you must complete the business verification step, I applied twice, I waited for two months and the status remained in In review and did not change. I applied the second time with a new profile and now it has been in review for a week.
Please help me to this problem
