Facebook Business Page Support – Settings & Page Recovery Help

Hi there,

I'm looking for a Facebook-savvy freelancer to help me get my Facebook Business Page back in shape for my mobile coffee van business, The Daily Grind Coffee Van.

Here’s what I need help with:

✅ Main Tasks:
Reactivate or enable the Reviews feature on my Facebook page (currently not showing at all)

Check and adjust all relevant settings, categories, and permissions

Investigate any account or page restrictions that may be preventing full functionality. There are some fees showing which have been waved by FB due to account takeover.

Optimise the page to ensure it’s set up correctly for local business visibility

Provide a brief walkthrough or guide so I know how to manage these areas myself going forward

⚠️ Notes:
I do not have Meta Business Suite fully figured out, so if you can walk me through anything that’s linked (e.g., Instagram, ad access, etc.), that’s a big plus

I'm not locked out of the account, but things aren’t working as they should

This should be a quick project for someone who knows Facebook inside out, but I’m open to ongoing support if needed later on.
