Hi, I'm not sure if I'm in the correct category but I've explained my problem below

Both my personal (and my related business page) have been disabled on Facebook but I don't understand why.
Somebody from Birmingham did try to log into my account last week, which I tried to inform Facebook of but I just got an error message from them.
I'm trying to follow the procedure to reactivate my FB page by uploading my ID and explaining why my page should be reactivated but I simply get this message every time: "There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can."
