Facebook Advert * Facebook Groups with AD *Mail chimp *Lead Page

I am a health, fitness and wellness professional based in Stansted, Essex.
What I need to get done:-
1/ HVG (High Value Gift) Facebook Ad, once per week, Thursdays 4pm, running for 7 days, £35 spend, 15 mile radius from Stansted, Essex and Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. Targeting Women and Men aged between 34 - 60years. I'll provide the picture and text. The HVG will have my lead page link on it.
2/Re-Targeting Advert for HVG. I'll provide picture and text. Running at £5 per week. I'm with a marketing/business coaching company called Get More Clients Business School. They have a video instruction on re-targeting if you've not come across it.
3/Use of Mailchimp for group emails out to members and non members with programmes, newsletters, social invitations and useful tips. I really need to get the Boot Camp Summer Soiree invitation out, for Friday 29th June, 7.30pm soonest. I have got a GDPR policy in place and need to send email with new ulr policy link on there to my website www.annascanlan.com. Plus, cross reference lists with my booking system GoTeamUp and Lead page system, Client Central to ensure all contacts on these systems are on Mailchimp and no contacts are missed.
4/I have a bespoke lead page with a system called client central. It would be great if you learn how to use this system to add in more dates and set up new campaigns. Appreciate this maybe outside your sphere but would be a massive assistance. They have help chat and easy to follow videos on how to use.
5/At the moment, I'm scheduling in my own content on Facebook. Once above is set up and running will get content to you to schedule for me.


My last person to help with such tasks, Sophie, (from PPH) has decided to take on a big project and not continue with PHH. Sophie is happy to do a handover with my newly appointed person to aid and help with a smooth transition.
