Facebook ads, training and strategy

Hello there,

I would like a help, training or strategy for my Facebook ads. I have over 77K likers on Facebook yet when I create an ad or regular post it reaches only 3K. I have eBooks to sell, challenges etc. which I want to advertise and finally get some income . I am looking for someone to help me design ads, explain how Facebook works and create the best ads to get the best exposure and good sales. I am no big company, just a girl passionate about food, so budget is not huge.
