Facebook ads training

I have a women's swimwear company and have been doing facebook ads for the last month or two but I am very new to it and would really like some training so I can improve my strategy and optimise my campaigns. I am based in Fulham in London and if possible I would like to meet for a training session face to face in London at a cafe/coffee shop.

I would like advice on how to optimise my existing campaigns as well as recommendations on other ideas that I can put into place to increase my reach and conversions. I have questions about some features on facebook ads and would really like some training on how these work and what would be best for my business. It may be useful to look at my google analytics to help gauge who to target/where and look at my conversion rates etc also to help improve campaigns.

It would be great if you have done facebook ads for a fashion brand before and know the industry well. Ideally I'm looking for about 2 hours training one on one.
