Facebook Ad Setting Up

I need someone to setup a facebook advert to increase the likes on my facebook GROUP. I have setup the ads myself, but getting no results.

My Goal - to increase my fb group by 400-500 people per month. CPC = 0.15 (approx)

My ad spend budget is £100 per month (to start with).

I have a budget of £50 for someone to help me set the campaign up. I will also require someone within this budget to assist me for 1 month until the campaign is generating the desired goal.
