Facebook ad help!

Hi ,

I need some help with an ad i created on facebook through ads manager. I was trying to create a "dark post" which i know no can only be created in power editor and instead I uploaded my video for video views straight from my laptop to ads manager and now I want to publish it on my page with the current views and comments/shares but I don't know how to go about doing that or if its possible?

If someone knows how to achieve this any help would be greatly appreciated!
