Disabled FB Ads Account- quite complicated- pls read description

I need my FB ADS running asap! I was disabled at-least 1 month ago now. I NEED A TRUE PROFESSIONAL FOR THIS JOB and future work. PLEASE READ BELOW and if you have not dealt with this kind of Disabled account before, please don't waste my time. I have just worked with a SOCIAL MEDIA soo called expert who tried many angles to get my accounts running again with no success.

I will explain my situation below and please let me know if you can help.....

My Ads are in the Fitness space and I got disabled at the beginning for "unusual behaviour". Ever since then FB flags and disables all my Ads and accounts. I hired a so called pro and this is what he tried

- I created new FB Pages in UK, this worked for a short while till I got disabled

- I used his FB Page's in UAE, linked it to by business page and got disabled eventually

- We bought 8-9 year old FB Pages from UAE, This worked for a while then got disabled

- We tried again with new FB Page in UK with all.....disabled

*We tried many attempts using good content with no NOTHING PROHIBITED- All very good for FB Ads.

I can no longer setup Ads using my NAME, ANY EMAIL ADDRESSES LINKED TO ME, ANY CREDIT CARDS USED BEFORE. So we would most likely need to use a FB PAGE that you can provide? I'm not sure..........

So this is where I stand. I'm very frustrated and I have wasted the most important month of year in fitness JANUARY!!

I would like a fast and experienced worker to sort out my disabled FB Ads Accounts. Potentially manage my Ads in the future. But please do not offer to take the job if you're unsure if you can help??
