Connecting with influencers

I'm looking for influencers who want to earn commissions on a long term basis, not just for a selected promotion or time period. They promote the product line once and every customer they "onboard" will be linked to them and they get commission on every single purchase, not only by that client but also the clients friends and family there on. Influencers are hard to get in touch with so I need something that gets them to msg me.
