A professional Facebook App/Tab Developed

Description: I currently have hosting for a database and would like to use this as part of the facebook app. The app itself needs to refer peoples friends so that they can sign up so their friend can get the deal but those friends get the 10% off.

For example.
Think of it as me being the person wanting this special offer, i need to refer 10 businesses, get them to sign up and i will get the special offer then those 10 businesses are entilted to 10% off. This only applys to people you KNOW and can refer.

Ideally sharing doesnt work so well with this app because their is no way of tracking it if it was to go viral. I would like people to be able to use facebooks data and ask them to use it to get information on their friends so we can mail them. or alternatively get facebook to make them write a message to their friends with a unique link for that person that referred them
