1 hour over the shoulder lesson via skype on facebook marketing

Ive just created my first ad on facebook and starting to get some clicks, i would like someone to tell me what i'm doing right and what i'm doing wrong to maximise my advert. so a skype lesson where i share my screen and show you what ive done then you can help me do it better and teach me how to fine tune my audience and create a better ad. i want this done tomorrow night monday or tueday night, 1 hour but may run longer, so price per hour. need credentials so will need some background and must be UK only, sorry.
