Social Media Manager to create text and post 3 times a week to my 3 accounts.

I need someone who is smart and efficient to manage my social media accounts. I currently have 3 accounts and I am about to have 4. I need for you to make posts on my accounts 3 times a week.

I also need you to bring one of my accounts up to date and I can provide you with all of the posts.

I can email you the images to use before the posts and you can also recommend images to post as well. I also need someone who can make the media schedules and post on time in relation to the schedule and in the mornings Miami timezone.
