Looking for someone to manage my food community website

I am looking for someone to
a]post on the Facebook page and tweeting and retweeting on the twitter page[2posts a week each on both pages]
b]submit a 300 word article on ezine blog and submit an article blogs[2 posts a week]

im willing to work on a long ten basis
NB;knowledge of food will be ideal, direction and guidance will be offered also ,Please make sure you look at the other articles and the way they have been posted. Stick to the rules of posting and don’t be too direct because people don’t like direct marketing.
