Help for developing

I am looking for some help to improve my business strategy. I have already my website but I need someone who helps and advice me about how can I make the most of my web, all the things related to SEO, how can I sell through my online shop...some help with social media, etc

I don´t have all the things I need detailed, it would be someone who supports me during the first months of my business until I am ready to go on my own.

I don´t know a budget or price per hour, I am waiting for offers.
