Grow a Learning Discord Community

We are looking for a community manager with experience of growing a new discord community from 0 to 5000+ members.
The community is for a learning app/game similar to Kahoot/Duolingo with trivia quizzes.
We have the server setup with some automated bot elements.
The main target audience is learners/students aged 16-25 UK and US studying for college and university exams. The server focuses on helping people to learn.

We want real users identified and brought across from similar communities on YT, Discord, Facebook etc. We have a list of similar communities.

The community manager should:
1. Focus on converting user personas matching the above from other communities to the Discord server
2. Focus on onboarding users and stimulating early engagement and interaction

We would expect this to be a 4-8 week engagement initially with regular work on offer if successful.
