Experienced Podia Expert Needed

I’m looking for an experienced Podia platform specialist to help me launch a paid community membership centred around football. I know what I want but need help with setting all of this up.

I want someone who really knows Podia inside and out, including the membership/community features, membership tiers, discussion setup, payments, sales pages, and email flows; not just basic setup but a strategic build tailored to growing a sports-focused community.

What You’ll Be Helping With

- Platform planning & setup: organising membership structure and access rules

- Creating a community membership (paid tier options)

- Using Podia’s built-in community features (topics, discussions, member engagement areas)

- Setting up pricing, recurring billing, subscription options

- Building out member onboarding - welcome emails, sequences, notifications

- Configuring Podia sales pages that convert (community membership page)

- Integrating with email marketing & automations inside Podia

Helping me understand how to manage and grow the community on Podia

Ideal Experience

You should have:

- Proven hands-on experience building community/membership sites specifically in Podia

- Portfolio examples you’ve launched (Podia sites, memberships, communities)

- Clear understanding of community engagement best practices

- Ability to recommend membership tiers, content structure, engagement strategy
