Create A beauty Community on facebook and Instagram

I am launching an online booking platform for hair professionals and it will be live in a few months. Until then I want to build a community on Facebook and Instagram whose members are interested in all trends of beauty , hair , makeup and fashion in Dubai .
My purpose is to build a community of women, in Dubai ,who will be interested in my platform services later. To grow this community, I need my community manager to post content of value at regular times , start attracting members who fit the profile from ladies in the UAE and encourage engagement from members on this group.

The community manager applying for this job needs to be creative and experienced in creating and growing communities on Facebook and instagram

Note : after a good number of followers on Instagram and a good number of group members are established on Facebook, . There is an opportunity for someone to regularly manage the communities on a regular basis .
