Social Media Support from Australia

We are UK company looking at extending our social media service offering by including Australia, so we have follow the sun support. We need someone to be able to monitor review sites, Facebook and Twitter and respond within 30 minutes to any postings (approx 10 per week). All we require is that either a holding statement is put up, push them to the appropriate info on our site, or escalate to the UK in the event of an emergency. Full details will be given.
