Social Media Marketing

I am looking for someone to help me with setting up /developing existing social media marketing strategy ideas for a new client. I expect the work to include up to 8 hours of analysis and recommendations, followed by up to 20 hours per month of activities. I assume activities to potentially include setting up and running Twitter and Facebook to begin with, possibly with Flickr/Youtube/Blogger/Other support.I would prefer to meet the person involved and they will be working closely in conjunction with myself. We are based in West London and may be prepared to cover reasonable travel costs. I am looking for an individual/freeelancer who has plenty of hands-on experience.
