Social Media Help Required

My website sells personalised gifts. These gifts are suitable for many occasions but are particularly relevant for weddings (ushers, best man, bridesmaids etc) and birthdays.

I have practically no social media presence (facebook, twitter) and to be honest I've never been a huge fan of these sites hence not investing my time in understanding how they work. I do however understand that a good social media strategy may help my business. I am therefore looking for someone that can
- create a social media strategy
- create the content / make posts etc

My initial budget is £60 per month and I intend to undertake a two month trial to see how effective this could be. I'm not expecting a huge amount of content for this but quality is essential.
