Social Media Content Administration and Set Up

We are looking for someone who can setup our social medias. We have already got accounts on facebook, twitter and google+ which we have dabbled in. However we are looking for someone that can create good, cover photos, profile pictures etc and then look after the social media pages. Updating the social media pages, getting more likes on all three. We need someone that unlike us can dedicate their time to the social media pages. We are looking for someone that can communicate across social media effectively and ultimately sell our business getting people to the website. There is no actual selling involved but your ability on social media should show us an increase of like/leads from the social medias.

We are open to suggestions/discussions. It may be that you are able to create art work for the social media but not the day to day running and vice versa, we would still like to hear from you.
