I'm looking for an experienced social media person to look at twitter, linkedin and Facebook. Our presence has been fairly non existent.

We would like someone to work on it actively for one month.

We're looking to create more business leads.
We're not just looking for empty followers & likes.
We're also hoping to increase our website rankings via the use of this social media where possible.
