The site should have facebook connect capabilities
Login and sign up option.
Members roles

Members roles can be amended and there will be several level of membership

Basic Users: Can book a table an pay for to join an event
Events organiser: Can put up an event from the front end
Main organiser: Can do all of the above and chose designate events organsiers.
Venues: Main organiser can set up venues on the site for events organisers to choose from for their events.

Payment modules: iDeal and Paypal to be set up

Ticketing module: To be included for those who buy the tickets.

Back end should be easy to use and database for members details, need to be very easy to manipulate. Possibility to create mailing list depending on location of members
