Smartphone web-based apps, anddroid apps, with payment website

This project will entail creating 5 or 6 apps total, all the same format. The apps need to be web based and also android compatable. They will need to be usable on the iphone, but webbased becasue it is doubtful it will make it onto the app store. the app will consist of a CGI image, that will be like a 'box' and the user can move around the edges, and open the 'box' to peak inside.
the project will also require settign upa website for the apps, and have a download/payment option for it as well.
the project will have milestones:
1. first app created, and tested
2. other apps created and tested
3. website created, tested, published, so public can download apps.
