Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Im interested on installing a smartphone and tablet version of an existing Joomla template. Which means I need to transform the existing one in to a responsive template.
It can be used a template from themeforest for that purpose to make it easier for the project, but it will have to be customized of course.
In addition small css and redesign changes of the existing Joomla template will be needed.
