Sliced desgns need implimenting to wordpress CMS

We have a theme that we need installing to WordPress, that we have already sliced. They will need to be hosted on a external server Php an not on Wordpress.com.

All images and galleries need to be editable in WordPress.

We also need to add the client area plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/customer-area/screenshots/ to allow the client to create username and passwords for each client and add private files for them.
