Skin an online catalogue using DotNetNuke / Twitters Bootstrap / ASP.NET

We need someone with DotNetNuke experience to skin our clients existing development build. Our client has started a website build which already has some core functionality built into their template however they lack the DotNetNuke & CSS knowledge to achieve the visual layout they require. We need someone who can take this existing code (built on top of Twitters Bootstrap), our PSD/PDF visuals and produce the necessary HTML/ASP to fit into the existing build. The skin would be built on top of the DotNetNuke system and would involve basic content pages, shop list and detail pages, basic CSS styling and a more advanced javascript based, hover, menu system.
