Ski Holiday Research & Booking

VA required to research and provide results for Canadian end-if-year ski trip for upto 10 pax including return flights and all transfers from London, to location in Canada.

VA provided with guide (below) of preferred requirements, and known suppliers.

VA to provide detailed results, including (but not limited to) requested requirements, location, price, availability, contact details, links etc.

VA expected to manage research and actual booking with provider, from liaising with provider, securing booking, requesting deposits from travelling party, submitting deposit, confirming flights/accommodation/transfers etc, as well as handling any changes that may arise.

Note - the duration from start to finish for this job is possibly up until departure. However, most of the effort will be front loaded, with research now and providing results, to requesting and confirming booking and co-ordinating deposit taking. Expected travel dates Sat 22 Dec 2012, return from Wed 02 Jan to Sat 05 Jan 203.
