Sketch to 3d STL

I need somebody who will take a bunch of jpg sketches and draw them in 3D exporting an STL file and returning that with the original solidworks or autocad inventor file. I want you to spend at most one hour per sketch. If a sketch will take more than one hour to draw in either Autocad inventor or solidworks I want you to flag it and send me back an estimate for how long that sketch will take. In total there should be 10 hours of work in this job to process one batch of sketches. Ongoing work is a possibility.
