Single page webdesign for a comic strip

I need a single page webdesign for my new comic strip.

The page should have a list of seasons with episodes in it down one side and the main area should show the latest comic strip. There should be a comments section underneath the comic strip using http://disqus.com/ as well as social media links and addthis links.

The comic strips will be 1 per week and 3 box strips black and white - and every month there will be a colour 6 box strip.
