Single page site needed that just shows company contact details.

I am after a ludicrously simple single page site which I'm hoping will consist of nothing more than a background graphic, HTML and CSS file.

Something along the lines of http://about.me/sewnspace

The customer is a start-up architect. The background graphic can be something abstract or something architectural however no pictures of actual buildings or architecture as that implies that the customer built that. All images should show availability of use for commercial use. A Creative Commons attribution is fine.

The HTML just needs to show, the company name, slogan, postal address, email address, two phone numbers and registered company number. It would be nice to have some "full site Coming Soon" text but I can't think how that can fit into the page. Ideas welcome.

The CSS should obviously match the text to the background :-)

I'm hoping this is a really simple and easy job for someone, hence the low price. If you think I have am offering too little then please let me know.

We would be very happy for someone to do this as a portfolio piece for less money and their name on the bottom of the site.
