Single Page Scrolling which syncs with the menu

I'm looking for someone to design and implement on my website (motosporttrade.com) a single page scrolling with an interactive Menu on the left side, where all the information about my website can seat under one page

The job includes:

Design and implement on my website a single page scrolling that automatically moves to the desired location once clicked / selected.

On the menu, when selected to have a blue background arrow, which should aligm with the select desired location

Change all the links related to the Help Center on the Footer and on the header of the website

As evereything will be now under one page I will require all the pages below to be deleted from my website database:

Attached is an image of how would like the page to look like.

Also Attached is the word document in excatly order it should be uploaded. it's important to emphasize that I would like to keep the same format as the word document in regards of font and Size, Heading and font colour.
