Single HTML email template build for email / online marketing

We are looking for someone who can build a professional-looking email as part of our online marketing campaign. We have a template which will form the basis for this email so limited/zero design/wording is required. We just need it converting to html and making sure it looks nice!

Email needs to be able to be viewed in areas which have limited internet access, therefore no links to pictures permitted, so email must be able to stand alone.

Format must be portable across maximum email / webmail platforms with fixed width and layout.

Email will be sent out via Outlook/Excel/Word Mail Merge and will need to be able to be adapted for this purpose.

Evidence of producing such marketing mails must be provided.

This is the first of many more jobs so we're looking for added value here. This is a test of capability for future work.
