Single family home--Canada

I have rough plans hand-drawn for a 4500 sq ft home, including exterior renderings, and would like to get them converted to clean-looking floor plans done in Sketchup (please see attachments). I am also interested in getting the exterior renderings done in 3D---Revit or Sketchup?---for marketing purposes. (I have materials spec'd for exterior.) I need this done fairly soon---week turnaround or sooner if possible. Please send quote as well as a link to your portfolio to be considered.
